Obligated to Help

Galatians 6:1-5 | Rod Cundiff

Our modern world often tries to maximize efficiency through specialization of labor, and there are benefits to this. But when it comes to helping believers in Christ, no one is exempt from participation. Believers are responsible to help one another, displaying love for them by bearing their burdens, seeking to strengthen them during temptation, and restoring them as they repent from sin. At the same time, we all must bear our own burden, owning our sin and taking responsibility for our actions. As we seek to do both, the Spirit of God works in each believer to strengthen and grow the church into the maturity and stature of our Savior Jesus Christ.
