April 5 - Ladies’ Study

Our ladies are invited to come this Saturday, April 5 at 9:00am as we continue our study through Ecclesiastes, utilizing Living Life Backward by David Gibson. To prepare for this month's meeting, please read chapter 8 and be ready to talk through the questions at the end of the chapter. 

April 6 - Prayer Meeting

One of our greatest needs as believers is to communicate with God in prayer, and we have the opportunity to do that corporately on the first Sunday of every month. Please join us this Sunday night, April 6 at 6:00pm at the church as we come to God with petition, adoration, and thanksgiving.

April 13 - Noël Bazell Baby Shower

The ladies in our church are invited to celebrate the upcoming birth of Chris and Noël Bazell’s first child on Sunday evening, April 13, at 6:00pm at Redemption Hill. This is a great opportunity to bless and encourage a new mom and also enjoy fellowship with other women in our church family. If you would like to bring a gift, Noël is registered at babylist.com.

April 18 - Darkening Service

We will gather together for a special darkening service on Good Friday, April 18 at 7:00pm. This service aims to help us meditate on Christ’s work on our behalf by rehearsing his seven sayings on the cross. We will sing, read scripture, and marvel at the meaning of his sufferings. We will end in silence and darkness, but this is not the end. The story finds its resolution on Sunday morning when we gather to celebrate the glory of his resurrection! We encourage you not only to come but also to invite unsaved friends and family to join you. There will be no nursery or children’s ministries, but we hope families will join us to worship together.

April 26 - Men’s Theology Group

Our men are invited to join us on Saturday, April 26, at 7:00am as we continue our monthly study at Redemption Hill Church. This month we will start a new book, The Greatest Fight In The World by Charles Spurgeon. We encourage you to get a copy (we have linked to the version we’ll be using) and read the forward, introduction, and chapter 1 in preparation for our April meeting. 

April 27 - Youth Event

Join us on Sunday night, April 27, at 6:00pm for our next youth event. We will play lots of dodgeball, eat a meal together, and spend time discussing how God's Word applies to our lives. Please RSVP to this event by email to notify us how many from your family will be attending.

May 3 - Men’s Scramble Golf Tournament

Whether you’re a golfer or not, you are going to want to learn about this new outreach opportunity. This year on May 3 we will be hosting a golf tournament for the men of our church to attend. For this event, all skill levels are welcome. This will be a great time of fellowship for the men of our church, but we also wanted this to be an event where you could invite a co-worker, neighbor, or friend to attend as your guest. Each person that attends will get to play 18 holes, have a chance to win prizes, share a meal together, and get to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. The cost to sign up is $50 per person and we would encourage our church members to consider paying for their guests if possible. For more details and to register, simply click the button below.
