Brian and his ministry team are working hard to finalize all the preparations for their Pastors Conference on January 16-18. The conference has grown and now over 400 pastors and church leaders from Mexico and five other countries are registered to attend and hear gifted men provide instruction about biblical exposition. Due to one of the speakers being unable to attend at the last second, Brian will not only be administrating the conference but also delivering one of the messages.
Brian is incredibly excited for how God has grown this conference to equip men to grow the church throughout Latin America. He is especially excited to have eleven men from the church in Mochicahui and the church plant in Los Mochis attend the conference. Several men who served as pastoral residents with Brian and then went out to plant churches through Central and South America will also be back for the conference.
How to pray
Pray that the Pastor’s Conference would encourage, exhort, and benefit all the pastors in attendance. Pray that God would use these men to strengthen their churches and that as a result of the conference, the church in Latin America would grow and increase.
Pray that Brian and the team administrating the conference would have wisdom, skill, and energy as they handle incredible amounts of logistics and details. Pray for safety for the attendees and speakers as they travel. Pray that the local ministry in Sinaloa would benefit greatly from this conference.
Pray that Brian would have the right words to say as he preaches during the conference. Pray for his health and voice as he deals with a cold affecting his throat.
Pray for Danyel as she joins her husband Brian in serving in various capacities in the church plant.
Pray for the entire team helping to plant the church in Los Mochis:
Pastor Antonio de la Cruz and wife Alicia
Pastoral Resident Tony de la Cruz, wife Avi, and family
Pastoral Resident Yosimar Moya, wife Paula, and family
Deacon Seth, wife Mavy, and family
Deacon Will, wife Jasmin, and family
