What It Means To Follow Jesus

Luke 9:23-27 | JD Summers

Dietrich Bonhoeffer said, “When Christ calls a man, he bids him come and die.” The cost of following Jesus is high, but the reward is endlessly worthwhile. As we walk through life, facing daily the challenges and hurdles that accompany being a disciple of Jesus, let us set our eyes on the one who has gone before. Jesus took up his cross for our sake. Let us deny ourselves, take up our own cross daily, and follow him.
