The Glory of the Son

When we see the glory of Jesus Christ, all we can do is behold him. As the glory of God overwhelmed Moses and Elijah as they gazed upon it on mountains in their time, so also the disciples fell dumbfounded when the glory of Jesus Christ was manifested on the mountain in their time. Let us behold him as well; behold his glory in the Word, and behold his glory in the gospel!
