The Sixth Commandment: The Sanctity of Life

Exodus 20:13 | JD Summers

God values human life and forbids us to take it for personal, selfish reasons. From clear cases of homicide to culturally acceptable means of killing others, we must oppose and turn away from all manifestations of murder. We must look into our hearts to root out the seeds of discord and hatred that are forms of murder themselves, and turn to Christ for forgiveness and cleansing.
