The Model for a Servant of Christ

God not only commands us to live in humility, he gives us the greatest example to show us how. Jesus gave up his rights, privileges, and comforts, took on human flesh, and humbled himself to the point of dying a tortuous, painful, undeserved death. Why? For us. Because he loved us. He put our needs above his own and laid down his life for us. Let us glory in the cross and love others with the same humility as Christ.
