Certain Hope in Times of Trouble

We all have endured, will endure, or are enduring times of overwhelming suffering. Times when we feel like even the truths we know about God are not enough. Times which could lead us to doubt God’s goodness, love, and power. How can we deal with these times? By resolving to fight for belief; by looking back to what God has done; by refusing to succumb to despair, but rather pressing in to find comfort in who God is. Praise be to our holy, faithful God!
