Hebrews 2:5-9 | JD Summers
Scripture uses warnings to compel us to cling closely to Christ, but it also lauds the goodness of salvation to draw us in. We see how great our salvation is in God’s intention for humanity, his plan for us to exercise dominion as his image bearers in spite of our lowly status. And we see the greatness of God’s plan most specifically in Jesus, the ultimate man, who humbled himself to fulfill the role of rightful ruler through his sacrificial death on the cross. Let us exult in this great salvation won for us by Jesus Christ!
