Pastor Roger asks that we pray for some of his team members serving with him in Brazil. First, for Pastor Eriomar, who pastors in Gloria with Roger, and his wife Daniele to be in good health as they have been dealing with some issues. Second, for a missionary named Rafael to get the support he needs to plant a church in southern Brazil. In addition, the evangelistic event Jornada de Natal (Journey to Christmas) is coming up soon, so pray for the gospel to go out clearly and for God to save Brazilians through this ministry.

Additionally, Pastor Roger is praising the Lord for Hugo, a Brazilian pastor who is planning to go to Germany to minister there. Pray that he would have wisdom and direction in this new field.

How to pray

  • Pray that God would give Pastor Eriomar and Daniele good health

  • Pray that God would provide funds for Rafael.

  • Pray that God would bless the evangelistic efforts of Jornada de Natal.

  • Pray that God would give wisdom and direction to Hugo as he pursues ministry in Germany.

  • Pray that Pastor Roger would have strength and patience to continue enduring his Parkinson’s symptoms.

  • Pray for the leadership in Aracaju and Gloria:

    • Pastor Roger Johansen.

    • Pastor Eriomar Maia.

    • Pastor Marcos.

FIJI

Students at Fiji Bible College recently completed their exams and finished another year of school. Dan Rudman once again traveled to Fiji to participate in graduation events. Pray for all the students, especially the recent graduates, as they go out into the world to utilize the training they just received.

Please also continue to pray for Titus, Dr. Nair’s son, who is in critical condition and has not been given a good outlook by doctors. Pray that God would heal Titus and that he would comfort the Nairs as they endure this incredibly difficult trial.

HOW to pray

  • Pray that God would bless the students at Fiji Bible College, especially the recent graduates.

  • Pray that God would preserve Titus Nair’s life and comfort Dr. Narayan Nair and his wife.

  • Pray that God would bless and grow Nadi Bible Church.

  • Pray that God would provide for the financial needs of the Bible College.

  • Pray that God would sustain the leaders who minister in Fiji and the surrounding region:

    • Dr. Narayan Nair and family

    • Michael Seehusen and family

Mexico

Pastor Brian and Danyel spent several weeks traveling through Central America, visiting churches and seminaries in Costa Rica and Honduras. They praise God for great ministry opportunities during their trip. They ask for prayer for fruit from a NexGen Camp in Sinaloa they recently held, providing teaching to adult singles and seeking to equip and encourage them to participate in God’s mission for the church.

Pastor Brian is rejoicing as Iglesia Biblical Redencion, the church that Redemption Hill financially supports, recently completed their second year of ministry in Los Mochis. Pastor Brian recently sent a photo from one of their services. Just like we pray for the ministry in Mexico and other places during our worship services, so also did they pray for us. Praise God for his goodness!

How to pray

  • Pray that God would bless those who attended the NexGen Camp.

  • Pray that God would grow and bless Iglesia Biblica Redencion.

  • Pray that God would continue to strengthen and grow the churches in Sinaloa.

  • Pray for Pastor Brian as he trains and equips church leaders in Mexico, Honduras, and Peru both virtually and in person.

  • Pray for Danyel as she joins her husband Brian in serving in various capacities in the church plant.

  • Pray for the entire team helping to plant the church in Los Mochis:
