God's self revelation of his name "I AM" displays his holiness, might and power. It also proclaims the good news that the God who needs nothing and no one to exist has chosen to come to his creation, his people, and work among them. Let us remember God's power to deliver, and embrace his deliverance by trusting in the deliverer, Jesus Christ.
