Jesus was born. That is history and indisputable. But why was he born? This is worth considering. Jesus was born to save sinners and give abundant life. He came to crush the head of the serpent. He came to bring the love of God imminently into the world. And he came to shine forth the glory of God into a dark and dying world. Praise the Lord who was born at Christmas!
