The Foolishness of Trusting in Riches

Luke 12:13-21 | JD Summers

Whether we consider ourselves rich or poor, it’s possible for anyone to fall into the trap of covetousness. When we trust in money, we idolatrously exalt the gift above the giver. When we long for money as a source or security, we are missing the provision of our good God. Let us store up treasure in heaven rather than on earth, rejoicing in whatever amount God provides for us and rejecting a covetous love of money.
