Jesus loathes hypocrisy. When he interacts with hypocrites, he speaks truth directly to their hearts, no matter how painful it feels. Rather than seeking to maintain a certain appearance before others, we ought rather to embrace the Word of God no matter what, aligning our hearts and minds with the truth of Christ and receiving the love and grace found therein.
