Suffering at Christmas

We can often get caught up in the season of Christmas with its celebrations, gatherings, and busyness. But these can only offer a momentary reprieve from our suffering, our trials, our temptations. As we seek to endure and overcome our suffering at Christmas, we must look to Jesus, our humble high priest who understands our weakness because he endured them himself as a man like us. Let us boldly draw near to our brother, or savior, our Lord, Jesus Christ, who overcame the grave and offers us hope in the midst of our hopelessness.
