The Beatitudes are well known, but often difficult to understand. At their heart though, we can see that God is proclaiming grace - to the person who understands that they are needy, who weeps over injustice, who hunger for what is right. These people will find grace, even as they face opposition from the world. Will you be one who hates believers who identify with Christ? Or will you recognize your need for a savior and embrace his blessing through faith?
