Authority to Forgive Sins

Jesus intentionally and adeptly used conflict to communicate his heart, mission, and identity. In this narrative, he shows his authority and his desire to forgive sins. As we encounter Jesus, we must recognize that forgiveness is our greatest need, and Jesus delights in forgiving those who trust in him!
