Brian and Danyel Warne

Brian and Danyel Warne serve in Sinaloa, Mexico where Brian has planted and pastored several different churches. He and Danyel came to Countryside in 1993, and Brian was called to serve as a pastor there in 1998. The following year Countryside sent the Warnes to Mexico to begin church planting among the Mayo Indians.

After spending a decade in a small pueblo called Juahara 2, Brian and Danyel moved to Mochicahui to plant a church there. Brian is still pastoring in Iglesia Biblica Palabra de Cristo in Mochicahui, but he is also helping to lead a church planting team to begin a church in the nearby city of Los Mochis. In addition to pastoring, Brian enjoys many opportunities to assist in training pastors in rightly handling and passionately preaching the Word of God. Utilizing a pastoral residency program through the local church in Mexico, he trains Latin American pastors as church planters and assists them in planting churches throughout Mexico and Peru.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies, then earned his master’s in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s College and Seminary. He is also a certified Biblical counselor with the ACBC and serves as their Latin American Fellow. The Warnes have two married children and 5 granddaughters.
