This last week we looked at the conflict between Jesus and members of the Sanhedrin in Mark 11:27-33. As the religious leaders question the authority of Jesus, He in turn exposes their unbelief. We reflected on the universal truth that we all naturally rebel against the authority of Christ, that our sin is treason against the King of Kings. But the Chrisian life consists of a humble submission to the authrority of Jeus Christ. He is Lord. The good news is that He is willing to forgive when we repent of our rebellion and place our faith in Him. May we be quick to obey the leading of our Master this week, and faithful to proclaim the good news of His kingdom to the world around us.

If you were unable to worship with us Sunday you can listen to the sermon here.

This week's sermon will be on Mark 12:1-12. I invite you to read Mark 11:27-12:12 this in preparation for our time of worship Sunday. Please pray with me for clear understanding of the word and that Jesus Christ would be seen as glorious and worthy of our worship.
